I am a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (UMass). I received my PhD in Social & Personality Psychology from the University of Washington. Before coming to UMass, I was a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Oxford.

I study how implicit biases — attitudes, identities, and stereotypes that operate automatically and outside of conscious awareness — guide how people understand the world and behave within it.
